CSJ is now a changed man.SDP under CSJ would claim that it can do just about anything from scratch... err, except perhaps getting any of its members elected to Parliament.
CSJ is now a changed man.
Also can.but to me to fight in Singapore, winning votes is number satu,God blessStrange you should say that. He has addressed this issue a few times and says he has not changed but that people's perception of him has changed.
We've just heard from GMS a few days ago that WP sought help from SDP some 20 years ago.

SDP ran 3 town councils from 1991-1997. I would imagine the learning curve was steep in the early days when town councils first came in being. I know at least one oldie is still around - Chee.

Assuming SDP has lost touch, perhaps WP should reciprocate. Perhaps better not, AHTC just received a red mark for arrears.
Accounting software can be bought off the shelf and PAP's system is obsolete anyway. Just cannot understand why some people are fighting over a system so obsolete that it is unmaintainable.
Many Punggol East residents are yuppies working in banks, civil service, MNCs, etc. Surely they know professional/technical skills matter more than politicking skills in running a town council.

Really?
Can you provide more info where, when and in what context CSJ said that?
Perhaps Chee said it best himself when addressing some people's perception that he had "learnt his lesson" and that he has "changed":
"No, I haven't changed. What has changed is your perception of me."
In December, Chee will have spent 20 years in politics in Singapore.
