An accident between a SUV and container truck on Zhejiang Highway caused major traffic
disruption in the early morning rush hours on Tuesday 14 August 2012.
The accident happened near the exit way of the expressway was captured on the highway CCTV
traffic system and watched "Live" by traffic police monitoring the morning rush traffic at their
command centre.

A white SUV with 4 passengers and driver was seem approaching the exit way on the extreme
left fast lane of a 4-lane highway. It suddenly make a sharp right turn and started filtering
through the lanes toward the exit.
After successfully negotiated three lanes, his luck ran out on the fourth and was crushed
against the exit guardrail by a container truck on the slow moving lane.
The force of the collision and forward momentum of the container truck flipped the SUV over
three times before coming to a complete halt.
Fortunately for all, only the driver of the SUV and one of his passenger sustained minor injuries.
