Very true. I grow up in China, but have been living in Canada for 20 years. Few years ago, went back for a visit. I was just walking in a park and saw a guy pocket picking from a couple sitting on a bench. So immediately I stopped him. I thought he would run, but he just stood there staring at me. I walked away. He followed me! I was supposed to meet a friend at her apt. He and another guy followed me all the way to the building. Before I could call my friend, they came to me said if I tried to intervene ever again, they will cut my face. I was in shock of course. My friend was not home yet. So I left the apt. The couple I helped was waiting at the apt gate. They saw the guys were following me and wanted to make sure I was ok. They waited with me until my friend showed up. It was very nice of them. It was a scary experience. If I am alone, I would definitely think twice of helping someone in China. It is a very sad reality!

You die your business. Somehow when there are too many people overcrowded people don't care anymore. Cos you don't need the person, don't know and don't care.

Small towns, small population. The people work together. They need the plumber. They need the electrician. They need the roof repair guy. They need the Dr. They need the lawyer. They need the farmer. They need the diner owner and the staff. So they all help each other.

I also think for those cultures that have suffered under emperors and dictators they have been trained to "mind their own business" otherwise the government will come after you.

The people in China are still very reliant on authorities to maintain social order. It's more obvious in the bigger cities. This is the stain left behind by years of socialist rule.

China are filled with crooks , scammers and barbarian.
It 100% true

Go live in china for a month.
Eye opener

You probably mean that open crime more common.

I was referring to crooks , scammers and barbarian. They are everywhere lah. Whether or not they choose to reveal themselves openly is a different matter.

SerperntZA is like many of the so called China dissidents who fled overseas not withstanding the fact that he's white. They make money for years and even decades in China happily milking the system. The moment money runs dry, they move overseas and sell themselves as freedom fighters pandering to a a new audience like western libtards to continue the gravy train.
