What caught my eye, is this visitor's comment below the video :

I'm caucasian but also Singaporean, so I've got both sides of the coin. I can say customer service isn't the best, but at the same time when I lived back in England for school, everyone being super friendly was SO awkward for me who has social anxiety. I think the lack of service here suits me :')
