which ruling party wouldn't do gerrymandering? we should consider some sort of proportional representation alongside plurality so that legislature will be in proportion to peoples votes.

First Past the Post only works well in a system where only two parties get any significant proportion of votes, when one party like PAP get 66.6% of votes, the results become extremely distorted.
