anyway back to the topic, i don't see anything wrong with the young couple "using" the handicap toilet together. must be a boring day at the office for the security guard so he went over to the toilet area to investigate.

Which law(s) did they break?

1. Non handicap person(s) going into a handicap toilet, it that against the law?
2. Is there any law in Singapore that states that a male and female cannot go into the toilet together?
3. Did anyone hear or see them fucking inside the toilet?
4. Even if so, is it against the law (obscene behaviour or some sort)?

If (1) to (3) above no, then of course (4) NA. So fuck the Management of the Building!

I believe that individual(s) are allowed to do their business in a washroom.

How old are the 2? In school uniform.. means?? Secondary? Below 16? If so, then the security has every right to question what they are doing in the handicap's toilet cubicle TOGETHER.

Furthermore, if ever there was a handicap person who needed to use THAT toilet.. and cos of their "needs", the couple would have deprived the handicap of using the only cubicle setup for handicaps.

Find elsewhere please. And if of proper age.. go H81.. less than SGD 50.00 cannot afford? Can afford Iphone, Ipad and clothes?

Also, they are inviting trouble.. imagine if not security got to them.. but gangsters or whatever.. then the girl.. or maybe even both could be in danger.

Agree that they have done nothing against the law. At most, the security guard can make them vacate the toilet because it is for the handicap, just like a mall parking warden can make you remove yr car from a car lot for the wheelchairbound.

I guess the couple is too young and embarrassed to protest. But rightfully, they can ask what offence have they committed esp when he threatened to call the poodles, who are probably too lazy or cant be bothered anyway to come around.
