CPF already implicit default when they extended the withdrawal age frm 55 yrs...any further extension is the default of near term obligations...CPF is really fucked.

for example, when a company's issue bonds promise to pay back in full after 10 yrs but cannot, they extend the maturity to 15 years...they have to default first.

or when your insurance plan matures but cannot payout in full at the end of the term...they have defaulted.
