Got a neighbour who always like to park his car on the lot nearest to lift lobby.

So much so that he will take MRT or bus to work so that he wouldn't have to give up his lot. Then why he buy car for? To park in prime lot in the condo???

On one occasion, my car is parked in the prime lot. His car is parked next to mine. So I drive off to do some grocery shopping.

When I exited the condo car park I realised that I had forgotten my wallet. So I make a round on the main road and drove back to the carpark. At most only 5mins from the time I left.

Then I saw the neighbour move this car from his original lot next to the prime lot to the prime lot.

You tell me the world got such funny people???

In fact today I just shipped off my Mobot Electric Scooter to a relative in Malaysia kampong as it is not UL2272 approved. Not sure about Canadian rules, in Sinkieland electric PMD cannot go onto the road and there are a lot of rules governing it, the market here is quite dead now. Whereas electric bikes must go on the road and risk with all the cars and lorries, hence it is a no go for me. All my family members now have gone green, nothing electric

Commuter bikes are the simple, cheap and heavier bikes for commute, marketing etc. I am planning to fix a box like those used by GRAB or Food Panda. Me and my whole family never never go onto the road on commuter bike, always on pavement only.

Over here no restrictions. I guess Canada is big and lots of open space. Even cycling the enthusiasts will load their bikes on bike carrier (electric and not electric bikes I have seen) and drive to the mountains or the more rural roads and do their cycling trips.

The Bow Valley Parkway is the more forested road parallel to the main highway when you drive through the Rockies.

Legacy trail is a common seen one from the highway and I see so many people cycling. And lately noticed many are using electric bikes.

It is less arduous more relaxing for the not so fit people I guess. Haha!
