5-year-old girl sits on Dad's lap and holds steering wheel of van

STOMPer Lulu wonders who exactly's controlling this van. He spotted a girl, about 5 years old sitting on a man's lap and holding the steering wheel of the van.

Says this STOMPer:

"I was in my Dad's car heading towards Jurong when I saw a small girl, no older than 5, sitting on her Dad's lap, holding onto the steering wheel of a van.

"I have no idea who is controlling the van.

"It might have been her Dad who is controlling the steering wheel at the bottom but her daughter had a better grip of it.

"Most importantly, there wasn't any safety belt on.

"I took this picture while both of our vehicles are slowing down before the traffic light.

"Even if his daughter didn't really had the full control of his vehicle, I don't think this is a good way to let your child experience driving, WITHOUT A SAFETY BELT at all.

"Furthermore it was a moving vehicle on a weekend (last saturday)."
