i too witnessed a smiliar incident a couple of months ago at yck road

a school boy dashed across the road near serangoon north abt 6 plus in the morn

it was raining and the road was dark

most cars like to speed along this stretch

it is accident waiting to happen

does TP still go round pri school to advise kids on road safety
