Right on Sandman. Since my divorce 8 years ago I have subconsciously been using 3-6 month tactic you are talking about. Now I am starting to see the entire game for what it is and I can't bring myself to spend any money to attract women.
I recently had an ex-girlfriend call me out of the blue and ask me if I wanted to take a trip with her to Medellin, Colombia, where she is from. It sounded great and I was making plans, then she said
"In colombia you can eat very good for for $3 but you have to bring me to nicest places when I'm with you"
