bro your comment is so dumb man. what has that got to do with PAP. Bomb shelter is under SCDF, nothing to do with PAP. And bomb shelter protects against blasts and fragments, not against direct hits from missiles. Go read up on SCDF website. And its highly impractical to design a household bomb shelter to protect against direct hits, the walls need to be made out of thick steel.

The main objective is to use its reinforced wall as structural main reinforcement for your 30storey tall HDB
