Could it be some twit's plan to protect people from being looked up by loansharks?
Removing a key feature and website is still stuck in 2009-2010 (Best viewed with IE 9.0/Firefox 3/Safari 4/Google Chrome with 1024 x 768 screen resolution), and instead choosing to spend resources to develop a stupid mobile app:
