Unfortunately, many newer lifts in Sinkieland are Tiong brand. From new 40-storey HDB flats to lifts for overhead bridges.
Lifts for the MRT stations on the newer lines too.

I have excluded Sigma lifts as Sigma is not a Tiong brand. But they're also terrible... and somehow installed in many of the HDB lift upgrading projects.
Must be much cheaper compared to a trusty Fujitec. PAP town council huat ah!

No you silly 158th presstitutes... it's a
SAFETY issue. Your average HDB flat dweller isn't going to care about lift benchmarks like the specs of a computer or a car. Installing Sigma lifts despite knowing about their dangers... in a civilized country, you technocrats would have been strung up on the nearest lamp post.
