He is easily the weakest in the whole team and cost them the final spot.
It's a penalty kick. The ball has gone into the net and the keeper's legs are still grounded. It doesn't look like he can dive. It looks more like he was falling down. With that much fat on his body, he has too much to do to make a dive.
They should have put him on a diet at least a year ago.
