They are there to sit on the property. No interest to run any business.

Near my place, a decent sized hdb shop space also got bought over by Koreans. Closed for renovation into a restaurant for more than a year. Shut down again after just one month of operation.

Foreign buyers just parking their money in SG lah . If they leave the $$ in their home currency it will just devalue
 
If rentals are low, have to do revaluation then bank margin call mati sia! :confused:

All this is demand and supply right. If there is a strong demand from idiots who gladly pay the rental, then it won’t be an issue. So looks like Sinkies still got some hope after all, if they are boycotting this ass coffeeshop.

Sickipoora needs to upgrade hawker centres to cater for high end restaurants. Poor and xia suay Sinkies please eat st home. You are ruining the appetite of our foreigners.
