The New Paper has learnt that another expatriate facing charges over a brawl in Suntec City in 2010 has skipped town -- Briton Robert James Springall fled in December last year.

On Monday, the one who remained, Nathan Robert Miller, an Australian, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three weeks' jail for punching a cabby.

New Zealander Robert Stephen Dahlberg had absconded last July.

"I am full of rage," says Singaporean student who tried to help the cabby.

I'm surprised one ang mo got jailed. Our judges are invariably lenient towards chow ang mos and don't have the balls to jail causasians, hence making them more and more arrogant. Even their women drivers behave like they own our roads. Any government which allows the legal system to treat foreigners with kid gloves is asking for trouble.
