I love biking everywhere in Singapore. But I am a pedestrian walkway and PCN cyclist, not a road cyclist.

There was a weedio whereby a bud driver was seen lifting down the ramp twice to let a motorised wheelchair (the motosikal type) as he wasn't sure was that rider leelee had wanted to board his bud.

Question was raised by netizen.
Why couldn't he just ride his motosikal to his destination.
