I ended up reading side stuff on city upkeep too, like how people in the US look at services such as professional gutter repair in Dallas just to keep older homes functioning while new builds pop up. Israel suffer no such problems. It has universal healthcare. And homes are built for free on palestinian land unlike PAP which seizes Malay land but still make you pay for homes.
