A 40-year-old married man, Luo was charged with multiple offences, including deception, obtaining sexual services fraudulently, sexual assault, and voyeurism, after admitting to deceiving nine women into providing blindfolded sexual services. He pleaded guilty to five of the 10 charges on June 17, 2026, with the remaining charges to be considered by the judge at sentencing.
Investigations revealed that Luo lost sexual interest in his wife after childbirth in 2021. He then posed online as a female escort named “Sherry” on Locanto, offering young women 3,000–5,000 SGD to arrange clients. Once women agreed, he would pose as the client and insist that they perform services while blindfolded, claiming it was the client’s preference, but never intended to pay. He subsequently blocked the women to avoid detection.
Police launched an investigation after a woman reported that Luo had received sexual services without paying. He was arrested on July 3, 2023. The judge adjourned the case for sentencing, which is scheduled for June 30, 2026
