A 52-year-old man, Lee Sze Ben, was charged in court on June 12, 2026 with 22 offences involving 14 victims at Health Step Foot Reflexology Centre, Lorong Mambong, Holland Village, Singapore.
The charges include using criminal force to outrage the modesty of victims and recording videos of their private parts without consent. The alleged offences occurred over multiple occasions between February 19, 2021, and December 27, 2024.
Specific incidents include recording a video of a sex act involving a 43-year-old woman in September 2022 and recording himself massaging a 58-year-old woman’s chest in April 2022. Lee has not indicated if he will plead guilty. His case was adjourned to July 2026 to allow him to engage a lawyer.
