Is this the std of performance PM expects of his ministars after paying them millions by the month?

LHL tok cock about setting aside huge tracts of land in order to achieve no flooding - any thinking person knows that there are many ways to skin a cat! Example such dormant canal if at all needed can be of dual or triple uses - with buildings or other structures over it just like the Orchard/Stamford canals. Do I need to teach these top-salaried minishits how to do their job instead of pulling wools over our eyes? If we had spent the $2 billions to have such emergency canals would we still have floodings?

Thought an old man said these ministers are the bestest they can find and hence must be paid millions !!! We do expect these world bestest minister to pre-empt and solve problems BEFORE it happen !!

If they cannot even solve flooding problems, which are well within their control, how can taxpayers expect them to lead when a REAL crisis happen ?

No wonder, when economic crisis happened, MIW declared it is dued to the outside world which Sinkapore cannot control. When economy recovers, it is dued to the MIWs policies and hence credit with more salary increases!!!

Otherwise, increasing costs, ERPS, fines, etc, is way to solve local problems.

If these MIWs, especially the PM, is still around after the coming election, then sinkaporoeans really deserve to be called 'daft'.
