据江苏广电融媒体新闻中心报道,近日,在未办理健康证、未出示身份证的情况下,知情人接到了“外婆家”餐厅某门店厨师长要求前来上班的通知。

在调查过程中,发现这家餐厅洗菜池里洗拖把,厨师踩着案板走,卫生防护不到位,而且部分食材也不新鲜。

餐厅内,四季豆、花菜、金针菇等多种蔬菜,进行简单加工后就用来炒菜,从不清洗,平常就放在后厨的净菜区内。至于花菜为何不洗,厨师长称花菜没办法洗,一洗就烂掉了,油锅里一炸就好了,“高温消毒嘛”。

知情者透露,曾看到有人甚至在洗菜的地方洗拖把。

工作人员称,经过去渣、清洗、消毒等步骤后,清洗好的餐具全部被放在保洁柜中,然后直接上餐给客人使用。

但是执法人员发现,所谓清洗消毒后的餐具竟然上面全是油。比如下图中的这个是黄米糕留下来的,根本擦不掉,明显就感觉像是没洗过。
