The two sides unanimously decided to establish a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Afghanistan, strengthen in-depth cooperation in various fields, and promote the continuous development of bilateral relations at a higher level, in a broader field, and at a deeper level.
Xi Jinping first thanked the UAE for its grand hospitality arrangements, pointing out that this fully reflects the friendly feelings of the Afghan side to the Chinese people and the high regard attached to China-Arab relations. Xi Jinping emphasized that in December 2015, I reached many important consensuses with His Royal Highness Crown Prince in Beijing on strengthening friendly cooperation between the two countries, and jointly led bilateral relations into a new stage of comprehensive, rapid and in-depth development. China-Arab cooperation has broad prospects and great potential.
