Dotard is a MAD DOG & TOP HARMFUL INTERNATIONAL PEST this is WELL RECOGNIZED GLOBALLY, and at least half Americans also agree with this fact.
So Disqualify, Expel, Isolate, Defunct the USA membership and power to PREVENT THEIR EVIL ABUSE is well justified and logical. Totally aligned with the interest of ALL / ANY INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY & ALL MEMBERS.
