Database is fine. Both sammyboy and singsupplies are exactly the same database.

after VPN, now i see different banner
It's a geotargetted banner so different countries will see different adverts.

but webserver of sammyboy and singsuplies are two different machine with
its own unique ip address.
so people could have problem accessing sammyboy , but not singsupplies.

singsupplies and sammyboy point to the same IP address. There is only one server running this site.

That's because sammyboy.com and singsupplies.com are configured to point to the server using different name servers.
For sammyboy.com, I use cloudflare nameservers. I then point cloudflare to the forum server via the A-list.
For singsupplies.com, I use the host's nameservers.
