SINGAPORE: Customers of OCBC Bank will not be able to use its ATM network as well as its internet and mobile banking channels due to a technical problem.

The bank's spokesperson, Koh Ching Ching, said the problem was first detected at about 9am on Tuesday.

OCBC says customers can visit any of its branches, which can still perform manual transactions.

Cash withdrawals can still be made, up to a maximum of S$2,000 per transaction.

Koh added the bank is currently investigating the matter and working to restore services as soon as possible.

The bank would be giving periodic updates throughout the day.

OCBC apologises for all the inconvenience caused.

For assistance, customers who have individual accounts can contact the bank at 1800-363-3333 and corporate account holders can do so at 6538-1111.
