When you play toto or join contest it usually say that employees and family members are not allowed to participate
The issue is how can the pap mp and members who are managing these town council on behalf of the taxpayers take it upon themselves to sell the software to their own entity. At the very least tender documents should have stated that mp, entities related to the mp and political party that they are a part of and employees of the town council cannot bid.
This is the part I cannot understand. The town councils ultimately belong to the people and I hope the government is of the people as well. The politicians and their parties are temporarily entrusted by the people to manage these town councils. They do not own any part of it
