As early as 6 Feb 2015, PriceWaterHouseCoopers (PwC) made the following observations in the AGO Report:

1. "PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting Pte Ltd (PwC) did not see any documentary evidence that the AHPETC Town Councillors had considered the full extent of the interests of the related parties, the CONFLICTS OF INTERESTS involved and safeguards needed (see footnotes 2 and 3 for details on the related party relationships) before AHPETC entered into the contracts with FMSS."
2. "Taken in totality, AHPETC did not adequately manage the CONFLICTS OF INTERESTS involved in related party transactions."
3. "AHPETC did not disclose fully the related party transactions in its financial statements. It also did not adequately manage the CONFLICTS OF INTERESTS of related parties arising from ownership interests of its key officers."

It was not a DC suit filed but only a Lawyer's letter from FMSS to APETC, very cheap wayang fir the news, to White Wash the $$$ sucking scheme arrangement between FMSS n APETC. The cheap trick meant to trick voters minds to think otherwise. Smoke Screen and Confusion Tactics.

Fortunately, most sinkies manage to see through WP and voted for PAP. WP got a huge drubbing. I predict that in GE2021, WP would be reduced to only Hougang SMC, with a marginal win of about 52%. In the following GE, WP would be the next SDP, reduced to zero seats in parliament for a very long time to come.

Maybe WP can also go do a walkathon like Chee, and imagine sinkies are rooting for them!
