Again, talking cock.

There are many issues that the scums in white need to answer on the AIM saga. Don't for a moment think that because Pinky have settled the issue and the matter is closed.

The MND had already investigated this matter and concluded that the PAP did not break any law.

A ka ki nang investigation.

Transparent, accountable and impartial?

yes, the same law that say inside polling station is not within 200 kilometres radius from polling station

It's clear you don't understand the difference between the phrases "inside polling station" and "not within specificed radius FROM polling station". Go back and study your ang mo again!

Very good point. I would add more ...the PAP town councils are paying more now than when they owned the software as there is an additional 'management fees' charged by AIMs. In the PAP Town Councils books, this management is hidden somewhere else, so it would seem that they are paying less for the software.

eye of the hurricane principle deserves the no-brainer prize for physics.....

"plainly, a person inside the eye of a hurricane cannot be said to be within a radius of more than 200 km of a hurricane. a hurricane must have adequate space in its eye for a hurricane to be carried out. any space has a perimeter. the words "within a radius of more than 200 km" therefore mean 'more than 200 km from the perimeter of' any eye of the hurricane."

truly ground-breaking, earth-shattering, heaven-shaking and deserves not only the no-brainer prize but also the kani nabei prize.

so in order to be inside polling station without loitering within 500 kilometres of the perimeter of the polling station those motherfuckers must be airdropped straight from the moon

to allow pappies the chance to show compassion & ample time to attend the wake, like when they showed up for the sabah earthquake victims

No, it is not the same. The polling station occupies a floor area and radius is taken from the exterior of the building. Therefore it is not possible to apply the smoking law, as the entrances and exits exist as a straight line with no surface area. There is no way anyone can stand inside a straight line with no surface area.

Why did the PAP murder him? Did he do such a good job for the WP TC that the shamed PAP TC had to get rid of the formidable competition?

most likely it's the opposite. if he were to remain alive, he would be an embarrassment to the wp. why would pap want to remove a thorn on the wp side?

You have been brainwashed so much that you can't see a talent when it is not of the PAP camp. This guy was senior management in a global property firm before he decided to step in to help the WP TC. Not a book scholar like our millionaires ministar but one with real experience.

ST [Mr Loh was secretary of AHPETC from August 2011 till last month, and was also managing director of estate management company FM Solutions and Services (FMSS), the town council's outgoing managing agent.

The role saw him at the centre of a controversy earlier this year, when the Auditor-General's Office, in its report on AHPETC's accounts which was debated in Parliament, singled out governance lapses and conflicts of interest involving FMSS.

Mr Loh and Ms How, his wife of nearly 30 years, had been long-time WP supporters.

The couple cut their teeth in estate management at the former Hougang Town Council, working for WP chief Low Thia Khiang since the 1990s.

Mr Loh provided lift maintenance and rescue services.

The couple formed FMSS, where both are majority owners, shortly after WP won Aljunied GRC at the 2011 General Election.

Mr Loh was also the owner of FM Solutions and Integrated Services, a contractor AHPETC had hired to provide lift maintenance and rescue services.

However, the WP will run AHPETC on its own from this month, after a tender it held last November did not attract a single bid, even from FMSS.
