WP fails to screen their candidate, yet again

With so much criticisms directed against Sajeev in this forum by WP supporters, one has to wonder: Did Low Thia Khiang ever, ever know how to screen and select his WP candidate?

What kind of 'stringent critieria' does Low have to scrutinise his candidate like Sajeev and Png Eng Huat?
