WP does not understand Customer Service

The hawker centre cleaning fiasco could have been totally avoided if the Hammerrhoids could have some basic understanding of Customer Service. This can be illustrated with that kind of service all Hammerrhoids have always been patronising and the kind of customer service they have been demanding from them.


When a Hammerrhoid customer joins a chicken farm and pays a fixed monthly membership fee directly to the ‘good office’ of the OKT so that he can enjoy 1 chicken for free once a month as stated in the contract, he expects the ‘good office’ of OKT to do his job without any hassle and provide good customer service.

“When I pay you money directly means I hold you fully and solely responsible. I don’t care how you do it or subcontract the chickens, I only care that I’m properly and thoroughly served on time. All of your problems and issues are none of my business,” shouted the Hammerrhoid customer at the ‘good office’ of the OKT.

If the Hammerrhoid customer is not served properly, thoroughly and on time, he has every right to jump up and down, especially after he has already paid the money dutifully, obediently every month and long before being served.

And when the Hammerrhoid customer tries to communicate with the chicken for the non-service, but the chicken bochap him. Not only snubbing the Hammerrhoid customer, the chicken even gives him quotation to demand extra $$$ for SOP services which has already been paid to the ‘good office’ of OKT.(eg another $100 for HJ, $200 for BJ, $50 for 2 French caps, etc). So the Hammerrhoid customer tries to complain to the ‘good office’ of the OKT for a screwed-up job by their chickens, the ‘good office’ of the OKT instead Singh back to him:

“We are not privy to any discussions between customers and our chickens,” as the ‘good office’ tries to dissociated with the dispute.

“But we are paying the money to you directly, and not directly to those FMeSSy chickens!” yelled the Hammerrhoid customer angrily at the ‘good office’ of OKT. “And how dare those FMeSSy chickens to demand for tips after not giving any service!”

The ‘good office’ of OKT may then give 1001 excuses for this messed-up but will the Hammerrhoid customer care? No, these are all the OKT’s problems and none of the customer’s. The ‘good office’ of the OKT may blame his competitors for sabotage, blame his chickens for miscommunication, blame his sub-OKT for FMeSSy service in bringing in lousy chickens, etc,etc, but who cares? The Hammerrhoid customer’s sole concern is that he must be served properly, thoroughly and on time every month. The ‘good office of the OKT can shaft all his rubbish excuses down thru his ass, and no Hammerrhoid customer will bother to give a damn.

“Collect money only so happy-happy, but ask you to do something only make so much noise and kao-pei kao-bu! $#&#^%$#!!!” screamed the Hammerrhoid customer at the ‘good office’ of OKT.

Worse, the ‘good office’ of the OKT even blames the Hammerrhoid customer wrongly, accusing him of putting ‘a separate request that is not pursuant to its contractual obligation’ without even bother to elaborate on it. Outsiders may assume that the Hammerrhoid customer is over-demanding, ie exceeding his monthly quota of 1 visit or asking more than 1 chicken at any visit The ‘good office’ of the OKT may even blames Hammerrhoid customer for not able to steam or to do any preparation before coming to the chicken farm so that the chicken has to work even harder to satisfy the customer.

Will the Hammerrhoid customer be happy?

Even if it is the Hammerrhoid customer’s fault that he’s demanding more service per month or more chickens per visit, or that he is unable to steam because he always likes to run a marathon before coming to the chicken farm, so what? Customers are always right, and it is the job of the ‘good office’ of OKT to handle the customer’s fault discreetly, tactfully and amicably.

But by shouting out so loud and make the whole world know about the customer’s defects and deficiencies, will the Hammerrhoid customer be happy and proud? How will other Hammerrhoid customers feel after seeing that the ‘good office’ of the OKT would choose to shame, embarrass customers and to protect their business? Would they still dare to do business there?

For a job that is so totally messed up, the ‘good office’ of the OKT has refused to compensate, refused to refund, refused to apologise and even refused to explain or clarify, can any Hammerrhoid customer take it so easily and walk off just like that?

No. Never. Most will take it to CASE, NEA or any politically motivated government agency, write to the biased newspaper and speak to reporters, post on Internet forums to share with their fellow zombies, or even take legal action.

The ‘good office’ of the OKT would count themselves lucky if the deeply dissatisfied Hammerrhoid customer does burn down the chicken farm.


Thus, for any service, whether chicken farming, renovation, car-servicing, tour travel or Town Council management, the person who pay the money for their service is the customer and should be entitled good Customer Service. Customers are right, and are always right.

When the hawkers pay money to the ‘good office’ of the Hammerrhoid Town Council to clean the market, they are the customers and should be treated as one. And not the other way round as in this case where the hawkers have to treat the Town Council ‘good office’ as their customers and to serve them, to accommodate them and to kowtow to them.

But the hawkers in Bedok are simply too kind-hearted and magnanimous. They are willing to forget about everything and move on, even though the Hammerrhoids refuse to compensate, refund, apologise or even explain.

“Whatever it is, our ‘good office’ of the OKT will have to do what is necessary,” said the Towkay sheepishly. “And that is to continue collecting the necessary monthly membership fees from you………And for them to continue collecting their necessary year-end big fat bonuses.”


“FCUK YOU!” replied the Hammerrhoid customer. “No compensation? No refund? No apology? No explanation? And you expect us to move on just like that??!!! You better move your damn bloody FCUKING head and move your damn bloody FCUKING or-kui-tao!”

“This kind of FCUK-UP service and you still dare to collect money from us! And you still dare to collect your big fat bonuses! The Towkay should not mistake this to mean that the Hammerrhoid customers can be bullied or is an easy target to be used by him to score political points with his chickens!” thundered the Hammerrhoid mobs

The National Eroticism Agency (NEA) has sent a formal notice to AHPETC Chicken Farm, reminding it of its legal obligations, after it failed to do a thorough cheong service for their Hammerrhoid customers from a Hammerrhoid zombie and toad centre in Bedok

The advisory issued yesterday to the AHPETC-led chicken farm stated that under Section 18 (1) of the Chicken Farms Act, chicken farms are responsible for the manhood and cummingness of all their customers, including PAP cheongsters, Hammerrhoid cheongsters and all other party-affiliated cheongsters.

It noted that since the 2003 Satyrs outbreak, all chicken farms have been expected to do Spring Cheonging of all party-affiliated zombies and toads under their charge.

The NEA, which has had a coordinating role in the Spring Cheonging of these party-affiliated zombies and toads since 2004, said chicken farm must "carry out a thorough cheonging" of all common areas including HJ, BJ, FJ and AJ. "The cheongsters’ top to bottom as well as their frontside to the backside are to be cheonged at least once a year during major spring cheongings," said the NEA note, released to the media.

The NEA reminded the chicken farm that it must bear costs of the cheonging, including the erection of cock stand, "without any additional charges" as it collects monthly service and chicken-feed fees from their cheongsters.

It added that the chicken farm will be held accountable for any eroticism or public ecstasy lapses under the Eroticism and Public Ecstasy Act.

The agency's reminder yesterday came after Hammerrhoid cheongsters of Block 835 in Bedok, returned back from the AHPETC Chicken Farm after taking a five-hour unpaid leave in March and finding that FJ and AJ had not been provided. Ten Hammerrhoid cheongsters there said they each paid $140 to their committee chairman in March for rubber covers for their cocks during the cheong session.

They also said they were told by AHPETC Chicken Farm that it was not responsible for the FJ and AJ.

Hammerrhoid cheongsters from two other Hammerrhoid zombies and toad centres in Aljunied GR-Cemetery said they, too, were told by AHPETC Chicken Farm that they must pay for the erection of cock-stand in order for AHPETC Chicken Farm's contracted chickens to cheong the bottom areas. These Hammerrhod zombie and toad centres are at Blocks 115 and Block 036 in Bedok.

All the Hammerrhoid cheongsters in the three Hammerrhoid zombie and toad centres are being maintained by FMeSS, the AHPETC Chick Farm’s managing OKT.

The row between the Hammerrhoid cheongsters and AHPETC Chicken Farm came amid a war of words between the AHPETC Chicken Farm and the PAP Chicken Farm in the Chicken&Duck Parliament last month over managing OKT rates. In the case of the Block 835 centre, AHPETC Chicken Farm admitted it had not provided the FJ and AJ.

Mr You Soon Fcuked, its deputy general OKT, later wrote to The Shag Times Forum to say that it was told by the NEA in February that the cheongsters association there would be making the erection and mari-kita arrangements.

But "for reasons unknown", the cock-stands were not provided for, said Mr You.

The NEA responded, stating that "all chicken farms have always been responsible for paying chickens to erect cock-stands where required to cheong holes".

The NEA also noted yesterday that the contracted chickens had provided cock-stands for Hammerrhoid cheongsters from Block 115 during last year's spring cheonging exercise, while scissor lifts were used for cock erection during the spring cheonging of Hammerrhoid cheongsters from Block 036.

Mr Want Know Why, 26, a Hammerrhoid cheongster who breeds toads at Block 115, said: "All this while, the chicken farm would provide the FJ and AJ and we never had to pay extra."

At another Hammerrhoid zombie and toad centre maintained by AHPETC Chicken Farm - Block 902, - its Hammerrhoid committee chairman said that for its cheonging next week, AHPETC Chicken Farm told him that Hammerrhoid cheongsters must pay to erect cock-stands as its chickens will not service any cock below 2.5cm (this will effectively disqualify over 90% of Hammerrhoids from ever being served). But because it did not issue a letter stating this formally, the 53-year-old has cancelled the erection plans.

The chicken farm did not reply to The Shag Times' queries last week.

A Shag Times check with 30 cheongsters from other party zombie and toad centres managed by the other 15 chicken farms islandwide found all saying that they have never had to pay for the erection of cock-stands so that their chicken farms' chickens can cheong the bottom areas.

Cheongster Tan Diamond, 65, a zombie cloner at Block A05 Marine Terror for more than 30 years, said: "Cheonging is carried out by the chicken farm on a quarterly basis. Twice a year, the chickens (1 spring chicken, 1 gentle ayam, 1 tanned bebek, 1 thankful duck and 1 emeritus goose) will cheong the FJ and AJ. We've never had to pay any fees for such major cheonging."
