To safeguard the interests of residents who elected the WP Team and gave the WP MPs the mandate to manage the town, AHTC worked overtime to upscale the town management system in use in Hougang TC, which had been tried and tested. AHTC counts itself fortunate to have been able to leverage on the Hougang TC system, which had been developed and in use for more than a decade, customized specifically for town council management requirements.

Vichy WP blames PAP for getting a RED band for its management of residents' arrears in S&CC.

However, Vichy WP has always been scoring very, very badly on its management of residents’ arrears in S&CC for its Hougang Town Council:

So, Vichy WP AHTC has worked overtime to DOWNSCALE the town management system in use in Hougang TC, which had been tried and tested to FAIL MISERABLY.


Instead, Vichy WP eunuchs should only blame themselves for leveraging on the misfiring Hougang TC system……, which had been developed, in use and blundered for more than a decade, customised specifically for the town council mismanagement requirements.


If anything, this episode clearly demonstrates the risks to Singaporeans of having a lack of GENUINE and alternative Opposition in every sense.

There is a commitment to help the people, not force them out of their homes. Of course, the PAP elites can never understand that humanistic approach.

The AHTC has been vigilantly monitoring its arrears position and are aware of the need to manage the arrears to ensure healthy cash flow.

Moving forward, we have already put in place a Finance Committee to closely monitor the situation and have established a stringent arrears management process. Residents would be aware that AHTC has been following up with those in arrears to facilitate payment and to understand residents’ circumstances, being new to the area. The S&CC arrears will be our next priority in 2013.

Vichy WP has promised that chasing and hounding down residents for late payment will be their #1 priority in 2013.


It is not that Vichy WP has a heart. Hammerrhoid zombies are as vey much blood suckers as PAP zombies. Both zombies are not humanistic. Vichy WP is simply not as competent and productive as PAP in sucking blood.


The reason for Vichy WP’s mismanagement of its S&CC arrears was their incompetence in applying its computer system which has been proven to have failed in Hougang for many years. If their computer system is good and effective, they would have been as ruthless in sucking the blood from the people as PAP, as they are now promising.

It is not like the arrears are hurting the management and maintenance of the ward.

Explain that to the Greek people.


Now that everyone in Aljunied-Hougang Town know that over 50% of them have not been paying their S&CC bills for 3 months or more, is it fair to the other <50% who have been faithfully and obediently making their payment? Would they still be continuing to sacrificing themselves so as subsidise the other >50%? Would the other >50% still want to continue to avoid paying knowing that Vichy WP computer is so screwed up that they can continue to avoid as long as possible?


Aljunied-Hougang people should ask themselves this simple question on S&CC:……W.P.? (Why Pay?)
