It is obvious that MND has defamed the audit firm serving the WP TC.

MND made public that it called on ACRA, the regulatory body, to investigate the accounting company. But it didn't reveal on what ground. Stating that MND was not happy with the books of WP TC is not ground.
When the AGO used PWC to audit WP TC, PWC did not complain to ACRA. Accounting is not clear cut and dry and thus PWC had no basis to complain.

MND secretly asked ACRA to investigate without providing any grounds. Then MND tarnished the audit firm reputation by painting the WP TC as corrupt and that the audit firm was abetting the WP TC.

If the audit firm does not sue, then it does not deserve to remain in business.

The auditors must sue the Ministar and MND to regain their credibility.

WP should launch a series of educational videos and leaflets to highligh PAP's lies.
