Nope, this is the final avenue of appeal for Kong and the other 5. Criminal appeal procedure and Civil appeal procedure are different. Note the most senior judge of the 3 hearing this appeal is the most senior Judge of Appeal currently on the bench.

It won't end there. There will be another round to the Court of Appeal on points of law. Another year of wayang for Kong. Kong had all along wanted to stretch the inevitable ending. Maybe, just maybe the law would get tired of making a go at Sun Ho for profiting from ill gotten gains..
