at the conclusion of the successful campaign (a ministar of state will get promoted to fool ministar due to its success), sinkies will return trays but will continue to leave dirty plates, bowls, cups, spoons, chopsticks, and used tissue paper behind. a return "everything" campaign followed by wipe-the-table and mop-the-floor campaigns will be initiated to give another ministar of state an opportunity for promotion.
