With the cost of living these days, the competition from FTs..etc, getting a degree would be the very minimum in ensuring one gets to getting a good start or job. Would u be disappointed if your kids didn't make it to Uni (local) or overseas (good ones not the Mickey mouse type!!). Dont know about u guys but I would!! Wouldn't face this problem for a few more years but ...yes I spent some sleepless nites thinking about it!!

Our gov't is one kind lah I remember applying for a job at a GLC & from that experience decided never to work for any GLC.

The HR of these companies will scrutinise your qualifications, even asking about your primary school I was applying on the basis of my Uni degree & work experience & here they were asking about my primary school
