美食外送平台Foodpanda、UberEats正夯,也讓外送員待遇,成了熱門話題;對此,1名外送員透露,他每天至少工作12小時,月收入達8萬元以上,但此等「高薪」,是靠全年無休、沒勞健保,以及自行負擔油錢、罰單等代價換來的,有時甚至忙到邊騎車邊吃飯,「停紅綠燈就開始嗑啊!」
秋分已過,天氣漸涼,但剛摘下安全帽的張佑丞,額頭上仍滲著汗水;今年36歲的他,在7個月前,決定辭去月薪僅2萬6000元的眼鏡貿易商理貨工作,加入某知名美食外送平台外送員行列。

「那時是除夕前兩天,我先試跑,賺到1600元,覺得很不錯,之後陸續跑了9天,拿了2萬。」初嘗「外送滋味」9天,收入就直逼當時月薪,農曆年後,張佑丞向公司遞了辭呈,並備妥良民證、保險卡、行照、駕照等證件,赴外送平台總公司進行審核,通過後,便開通帳號、接受派單,展開外送人生。

該平台的待遇計算方式,是取餐費(42.5元),加上距離(每公里10.2元),再加上完成送餐費(17元),平台抽取其中25%,其餘則為外送員所得。

張佑丞從手機上叫出1筆9月25日的送餐資訊,「時間大概晚上8、9點,這筆單叫了7份炸物,從松德路送到延吉街去,路程3.56公里,可拿95塊多,但要被抽將近24塊;不管顧客叫的餐總價多少錢,你的薪水就是照公式算。」

冒雨1天跑60趟
單日進帳逾5000元


為了多賺點錢,張佑丞曾1天衝了60趟,創下單日進帳逾5000元紀錄。「那是6月份的事,雨天,沒什麼人要跑,我從早上10點開始送餐,最後一趟是去重慶北路拿吉野家,送到林森北路,回到家(北投)已經凌晨兩點多。」

在顧客大啖美食之際,忙碌的外送員,如何飽餐一頓?以張佑丞為例,他在機車腳踏板放了個塑膠箱,權充「餐桌」,水煎包也好,便當也罷,往上一擺,就能利用等紅燈的時間,加減吃個一兩口,「停紅綠燈就開始嗑啊!」

張佑丞平均每天工作12至14小時,扣除油錢(每月約6000元),仍可月入逾8萬,有時還會收到數十元,甚至上百元小費,「我全年無休,公司也沒有勞健保,但這是我自己的選擇。」

除油錢外,機車零件也是外送員一大支出,張佑丞定期更換空氣濾清器、輪胎,讓生財器具維持在最佳狀態,但,偶爾還是會遇到意外,「有一次去送餐,騎到松山機場那邊,皮帶斷掉,附近根本沒車行,我只好叫計程車,先完成送餐工作,隔天再修車,光計程車錢就花了快500元。」

騎著機車四處跑,難免違規吃罰單,這時,外送員只能乖乖吞下去。張佑丞曾因等紅綠燈時滑手機,被警察開單;還有一次臨停在紅線,送完餐一回頭,就接到罰單。

相較於一般上班族,外送員承擔的風險、辛苦和委屈,有過之而無不及。張佑丞遇過不願替外送員刷電梯卡的大樓管理員,最後只好爬樓梯上11樓,「有些管理員看不起外送員,覺得住戶頻繁訂餐很煩,因為他要一直刷電梯卡。」

對外送員來說,有理說不清的情況,也是家常便飯,「有個客人拿到餐1個小時以後,才打去餐廳,抱怨『餐裡的蛋被吃過了』,我向公司回報這件事,卻被(公司)發1封警告信」;張佑丞也曾遇過顧客給錯地址,導致他無法準時將餐點送達,還賞他一記負評。

對於有意從事外送工作者,張佑丞建議,「保險要買高一點」,如果有當過快遞,更合適;若是學生想兼差,乾脆去速食店打工,還比較安全。

曾騎單車環島的張佑丞,自認方向感還不錯,這項能力,讓他在從事外送工作時,頗得心應手,「光靠導航,速度未必比較快,中永和那個小路怎麼找?有時隔1條巷子,你就要繞個3圈才找得到。」

機車旁、護膝上,還留著之前摔車的痕跡,外送工作的危險性,不言可喻,但對張佑丞而言,收入增加的喜悅,淡化了對風險的擔憂,「現在沒太多應酬,可以存到錢,比較不用煩惱錢的問題。」

想當全職外送員?
調查:6成以上受訪者說NO


只要肯拚,外送員可望賺取相對優渥的薪資,然而,有多少人願意從事全職外送工作?1111人力銀行調查顯示,高達6成以上的受訪者,不想從事外送工作,但有35.1%受訪者,有意兼差當外送員。

由交叉分析可得知,各產業當中,從事傳產、製造業的受訪者,投入外送工作的意願最高,平均每周收入期望值為7492元。
