News like this made me glad I have up driving.
My worst parking offence was when I had to park behind an elongated BMW-7 series. That fucking car occupied one and a half slot and thus forced me to park behind it with half my car out of the parking bracket. Kenna fine SGD150 thru no fault of mine and appeal was a no-go.

If the deliverymen had parked his vehicle properly he would not have incurred the fines.

pay court costs. It's a deterrent to keep you from "frivolously" resorting to the courts to prove your innocence.

Delivery boy can request Judge to pay his fine in installments lah. But then again, since he went in before for same offence, might as go in again instead of paying the fine to enrich Pappy coffers.
