Workers' Party stabilizes?

Workers' Party finally stabilizes? No new face since the 1990s, I believe.

If I recall correctly, more than half the CEC were new in 2003 and at least 3-4 new faces each time.

lots of new faces since 1990 what. wp consolidating as it puts it. so soon after ge and be, they holding ground taking stock rather than rush ahead. good sound move esp since this past year, lots of disgruntled wp left or made to leave.
