If I am not wrong, the SDP released a population policy paper BEFORE the WP paper. The SDP Paper is totally NOT paid by the taxpayers.

Just because one release paper earlier the other doesnt mean one party is better. All three papers have their flaws, PAP's White Paper the worst.
