It will never happen because LKY regards himself as God, so he can't be asking himself to be allowed to be wrong. During the Catholic Church members arrest in 1987, he told the Christian community that are able to worship because he allowed them to do so. And more recently at last GE, he told the Aljunied that they would "live and repent" if they vote for WP. These are words only spoken by the Divine. So to LKY, he's God himself.
