SINGAPORE: The immigration clearance system at Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints has been experiencing intermittent slowness since 5.40pm on Tuesday evening (May 16), the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) said.
The authority did not give details on the cause of the slowness, but said that investigations were ongoing.

"As this coincides with the departure peak period, more resources have been deployed to manage the situation at the land checkpoints," ICA stated in a travel advisory at 8.17pm.

Anyone had travel often through the both check points will tell you....it is normal....it is ABNORMAL, if you pass through Tuas & especially woodlands checkpoint...it is quiet, peaceful, uncrowded, system not slow, where the snail goes faster than you....rare!...

It is not ransonware.....it is "showing the masses" that ICA part of the home team, is seriously looking after YOUR SAFETY...
