Woman robbed in Bt Merah
A 67-YEAR-OLD woman was robbed of her handbag on Saturday evening.
She had her brown handbag, containing $100 and three gold rings worth a total of $600, snatched from her as she was walking towards the lift at Block 128, Bukit Merah View.
The male suspect, who made off with her bag, was described as about 1.65m tall and dark-complexioned. He was last seen running towards Block 129.

Those with aged parents and relatives, please warn them to be careful when going out alone as they are "easy targets". The current crime rate is expected to rise given the current economic downturn.
