Woman injured in Pearl Bank Apartment fire

SINGAPORE: An 18-year-old woman suffered burn injuries on her arms and ears after a fire on the 9th floor of Pearl Bank Apartment.

The woman was sent to Singapore General Hospital for treatment.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force was alerted to the fire at around 5pm on Thursday. The fire was confined to the living room of a maisonette, and was put out in 20 minutes.
