Without doubt, klang bak kut teh is the best

klang bkt has 16.9 herbal ingredients plus it’s best served in claypot with tofu skin, not foreskin.
 
Everything tastes better without the infusion of Newater. Nothing to do with ingredients or cookng skills. :cool:
