Although the insignificant nobody me is not the ThreadStarter, I appeal to all to leave the bagage of past, hatred & animosities behind on this thread that had been dedicated to Indians celebrating their faith, with others wishing them well.

Singapore IS a Nation built by immigrants, with many other brave, courageous & often self sacrificing ethnic groups to give us all our todays, once gaining Independence from our uncaring colonial masters whom used our ancestors - Chinese, Malay, Indians, other races as slaves.

However, TOGETHER, we - a multi ethnic society had succeeded where most did not.

As a Chinese, I had saw & experienced how WE, of different ethnic groups, CAN work together to achieve the virtues & common goals of each & every Human on Earth when opportunities & HONEST proper motivation are offered - a chance - to be educated, to be given employment, to choose Elected Representatives into our Parliament.

We Singaporeans all - Chinese, Malay, Indian other races, even tourists or workers on our shores - laff, cry & bleed the same...& thus do aspires the same as our sacred National Pledge was created & sworn by all of us blue blooded born & bred Singaporeans, since as a child during our formative years & even as adults before our celebrated sacred National Days, even if one is before a TV set watching the sacred celebrations.....A Human can only be trusted if he/she upholds an oath, or else, their words are meaningless & can never be trusted.
