Seems that Microsoft is trying to force people to upgrade to Win 10:D
People are finding that their system is doing a stealth update:eek:

So now you not only have to worry about the bloat ware that companies like Lenovo are trying to burden you with but also about the OS from Microsoft. I heard that Intel may include code in their firmware of future CPU's that will prevent you from using older OS likw Win 7.0.

So now is a good time to consider getting a Mac or Linux.;)

Only for commercial desktop, enterprise and Ltsb doesn't force you to upgrade.

I'm happy with Win 7 & have no intention of updating to 10. It is adequate for running my web browser, torrenting, running Kodi. I use it when security is not important. If the OS gets corrupted I simply re-install from scratch.

The reason Microsoft wants people to update to Win 10 is to allow them to spy on their customers much like what Google is doing now with all their free products. I guess it's their new business model.

I use my Mac for the serious stuff like trading, buying online, ...etc
