WILMA - United Airlines' new method of boarding

They should also let fat obese passengers board last

What took the airline industry so long to implement such a common-sense arrangement?
Collectively, the airlines have hundreds of operations people, business consultants, and customer service people.

Fatsos who are overweight should be checked in as oversized baggage. They should not even make it to the gate hold room.

That is indeed quite unusual! What's wrong with the normal boarding procedures, right? It's always interesting to see how airlines experiment with new methods, but sometimes the traditional way works just fine. I'm curious to hear their reasoning behind this change. I'll give a call to airmed International customer service and see if they have any insights or if they plan to implement similar changes in the near future. It'll be interesting to hear their perspective on the matter.
