I beleive the MP monthly allowance can be considered a 'promotion' compared to his engineer salary in M1.

So many other parties had presented much better proposals yet kena ignored by PAP. What makes him think he can even get PAP's notice?

Wonder if these 9-10 days he is on annual leave of unpaid leave! Worth the efforts if accidentally he gets his 'promotion' for the next 2-3 years (till 2016 erection).

Any person also can make a lot of similar proposals or wish list like DL which of course would NOT be implemented by the DEAF PAP. Before PAP would even start to pay attention, one must first secure some GRCs to become a formidable threat.

The SDA does not even have ONE MP in Parliament and their best trump card, Sec Gen DL even lost his deposit in GE 2011. Such calls by DL are therefore PREMATURE and EMPTY RHETORIC. Who would even pay attention to his calls?
